Position: Sales Account Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Job tasks:

  • Secure and develop strategic partnerships with assigned clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and IT landscape.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and present customized solutions that address their pain points and strategic goals.
  • Manage the sales cycle effectively, from initial contact through proposal generation, negotiation, and successful deal closure.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision
  • Makers within client organizations, proactively addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal teams, including technical specialists and account managers, to deliver seamless solutions and exceptional client service.
  • Prepare insightful reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends, contributing to data-driven decision making.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the latest IT solutions to provide clients with expert guidance.

Qualification:

-Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Fresh Grads - 2 years
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and tasks effectively, with a strong track record of building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

-Nice-To-Have:

  • Prior experience within the IT Industry
  • Fluent in both written and oral English.
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Residency in Cairo or Giza.
