Overview:
The
Sales Account Manager
is responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering tailored connectivity and digital solutions to clients. This role involves full ownership of the sales cycle—from opportunity identification to closing—while ensuring a positive customer experience and alignment with ADC’s commercial strategy.
Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue potential.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted prospecting.

Develop account plans and strategies aligned with customer objectives and ADC’s offerings.

Collaborate with presales engineers to present technically and commercially compelling solutions.

Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including qualification, proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, escalations, and issue resolution.

Coordinate with delivery, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding of new services.
Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Experience:

4+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in telecom, ICT, or digital services.
Skills:

Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), pipeline management, and reporting.
