Sales Account Manager

Location:

Full-time on-site role located in Maadi.

Role Description

you will be responsible for:

· maintaining current client relationships and building new ones.

· You will work to understand your clients' business objectives and provide them with appropriate solutions.

· You will also work closely with our technical team to ensure client satisfaction and to identify new opportunities.

· A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in any related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong communication skills.
• Good command of English (speaking, writing, and understanding) – intermediate level or above.
• Intermediate or higher in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Negotiation skills to secure the best deals with suppliers.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in finding new clients.
