Job Summary
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for owning qualified leads from initial handover through deal closure and delivery coordination. This role acts as the single point of ownership for the customer, ensuring availability confirmation, pricing alignment, financing and insurance coordination, supplier communication, and successful deal execution. The role directly impacts revenue, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Own assigned leads from qualification stage until successful deal closure.
• Act as a focal point of contact for customers throughout the purchase journey.
• Confirm vehicle availability, trims, pricing, and delivery timelines with OEM suppliers.
• Reserve vehicles and secure confirmation from suppliers.
• Present detailed quotations including pricing breakdown, financing scenarios, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate pricing and offers within approved company guidelines.
• Coordinate financing applications with partner banks and installment providers.
• Follow up on financing approvals and ensure timely communication with customers.
• Coordinate insurance quotations and ensure policy readiness before delivery.
• Prepare, review, and validate sales contracts and documentation for compliance.
• Update CRM system with accurate deal progress and documentation status.
• Ensure SLA adherence across availability confirmation, payment processing, and scheduling.
• Align with Customer Service and On-Ground Operations for delivery scheduling.
• Proactively manage deal aging and reduce bottlenecks in the sales funnel.
• Handle customer objections and provide alternative vehicle options if required.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEM suppliers and financing partners.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility to Head of Operations.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in automotive sales or related industry.
• Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of vehicle trims, specifications, and pricing structures.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
