Sales Account Manager

You will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will leverage your exceptional negotiation and customer support skills to build strong, lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand a substantial portfolio of accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships  with key stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements  to maximize revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets .
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree  in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience  in sales or business development.
  • Proven experience in  account management  and  customer relationship management (CRM) .
  • Exceptional  negotiation skills  and the ability to close deals.
  • Strong  customer support  and  communication skills .
  • Experience working in the  SaaS industry  is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English  with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certifications in sales or related fields are a plus.
  • Must be  hardworking  and able to manage a large portfolio of accounts.
