Shift: Night - Onsite

Education: Bachelors/MBA

Experience: 4+ years in technical delivery, account management, or client-facing roles

As a key player, you’ll:

✅ Own and manage end-to-end project delivery
✅ Act as the main technical point of contact for client accounts
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
✅ Drive client satisfaction and continuous improvement
✅ Learn and understand the technical aspects of software products and solutions
✅ Create clear documentation, guides, and process materials for clients and internal teams
✅ Help users adapt to and effectively utilize tools and platforms
✅ Support account growth through strong client relationships and solution-oriented communication

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
