Sales Account Manager - Beltone Academy

Main Job Purpose:

  • To lead strategic client accounts, drive revenue growth, aby managing high-value relationships, developing business opportunities, and ensuring long-term customer success, thereby contributing significantly to organizational profitability and market leadership.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients to ensure client trust, satisfaction, and loyalty, which leads to repeat business and long-term revenue.
  • Manage high-value and strategic client accounts to ensure strengthen long-term partnerships and secure sustainable revenue streams.
  • Develop customized strategies for key clients to ensure align solutions with client business goals, increasing retention and growth.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets to ensure strong revenue performance and business expansion.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to ensure maximize profitability from existing accounts.
  • Target and acquire high-potential new clients to ensure expand the company’s market share and client base.
  • Build executive-level relationships with decision makers to ensure influence major purchasing decisions and secure large deals.
  • Represent Beltone Academy in industry events, conferences, and networking activities.   • Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts and agreements to ensure deals are legally sound, profitable, and aligned with company policies
  • Support and mentor junior account managers to ensure team capability, ensure consistent performance, and develop future leaders
  • Share best practices and market insights to ensure strengthen the team’s sales approach and competitiveness.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to ensure accurate insights for senior management’s strategic decisions.
  • Track client performance metrics to ensure evaluate account health and identify improvement areas
  • Monitor industry trends, client needs, and competitor moves to ensure anticipate changes and adjust sales strategies proactively.
  • Work with marketing, finance, product, and support teams to ensure holistic solutions that meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations to ensure clients with a reliable contact who ensures quick resolutions, maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Understand clients’ needs to provide tailored solutions to ensure offer value-driven services that address specific client challenges, increasing satisfaction and retention. ✓ Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets to ensure directly contribute to the company’s financial performance and market competitiveness.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts (cross-selling/upselling) to ensure maximize revenue potential from current clients and strengthen account value. ✓ Develop and execute account plans to ensure proactively manage accounts with a structured approach, ensuring sales goals are systematically achieved.
  • Research and target new potential clients to ensure expand the company’s customer base and create new revenue streams.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities to ensure stay ahead of competitors and adapt sales strategies to changing market needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and close deals to ensure leverage teamwork for winning new clients and securing contracts efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to ensure visibility into performance and ensure reliable sales reporting for decision-making.
  • Prepare regular account performance reports to ensure monitor progress, highlight successes, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure secure continued business while optimizing contract value for both client and company.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure client needs are met through coordinated efforts across departments.
  • Participate in product demonstrations, trade shows, and promotional events to ensure company offerings, build brand presence, and generate leads.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience is sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and market insight.
  • High-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and trust.
