Sales Account Manager - Client Acquisition

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer - CRO, we are looking for an experienced Technology SaaS Sales Account Manager. In the role, you will have full responsibility for all aspects of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for developing new business through discovery calls and demos of the product with enterprise customers in a diverse range of industries.

What we are looking for:

  • Deep experience selling SaaS and positioning technology services to C-level business owners and decision-makers.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience in B2B sales preferably within the UAE.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
  • You must be a hunter and a closer!
  • Experience with HR-tech environment is highly recommended.
  • Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environment.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed.
  • Adaptability to new initiatives.
  • A self-starter who is able to work remotely and autonomously.
  • Fluency in English Language both written and spoken.
