A leading cybersecurity solutions provider in the Middle East is seeking an Arabic-speaking Sales Account Manager to support its continued growth in the UAE. This role is focused on direct enterprise sales, working with large organisations across regulated and security-sensitive sectors.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in selling cybersecurity solutions, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles with enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the UAE, with a focus on Abu Dhabi

Drive new business acquisition as well as expansion within existing customers

Engage with senior stakeholders including CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and Risk/Compliance leaders

Understand customer security challenges and position cybersecurity solutions accordingly

Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close

Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes

Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools

Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and security forums
Required Experience & Skills

2–5 years of B2B sales experience, selling directly to enterprise customers

Demonstrable experience selling cybersecurity solutions (e.g. IAM, cloud security, SOC, MDR, GRC, network security, application security, etc.)

Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling

Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
