Ecotel is looking to hire a Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, strengthening client relationships, and driving sales opportunities within the ICT solutions sector while ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customers and accounts.
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Lead proposals and tenders for small to medium-sized projects.
- Coordinate technical, commercial, and contractual inputs.
- Conduct customer presentations and support negotiations.
- Achieve assigned revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in ICT sales, account management.
- Good understanding of sales cycles, tendering processes, and procurement procedures.
- Strong customer relationship management and opportunity development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
