Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Account Manager with strong experience in selling IT solutions such as networks, systems, collaboration tools, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, generate new business, and consistently achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Prospect, qualify, and develop business through outbound campaigns, inbound inquiries, referrals, and existing account management.
- Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline in the CRM.
- Achieve a minimum of five in-person meetings per week with customers or prospects.
- Create and deliver business quotations and proposals.
- Manage aggressive monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Account Management
- Process customer POs and ensure timely delivery and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, including tracking outstanding payments, pipeline accuracy, and overall account status.
- Participate in regular pipeline review meetings to share best practices for closing deals.
Professional Development & Conduct
- Stay updated on industry technologies and continuously enhance skills in solution selling.
- Attend seminars, events, and complete vendor certification courses as assigned.
- Uphold ethical, non-corrupt business practices.
- Contribute positively to team culture and support colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT solution sales (networks, systems, collaboration, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-relationship skills.
- Ability to manage a competitive sales quota.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
