Sales Account Manager - MENA Region

Job Brief

We are looking for an Account Manager to support our business development and client engagement activities across the MENA region, with a focus on Iraq, the Levant, and North Africa.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals interested in the pharmaceutical CRO industry who are eager to learn, grow, and build regional client relationships within a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Job Description

  • Support business development activities for CRO pharmaceutical services across assigned MENA markets.
  • Assist in managing relationships with existing clients and supporting new client acquisition
  • Help identify potential leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (commercial, technical, project management).
  • Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations.
  • Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate client data and sales tracking records (CRM or internal systems).
  • Travel within the region when required.

Job Requirements

Must to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Interest or basic exposure to the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn, develop sales skills, and grow in a regional role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Nice To Have

  • French language is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with GCC, Levant, or North African markets is an advantage

Employment Type

  • Full-time.
  • Regional travel may be required.
