We are looking for an Account Manager to support our business development and client engagement activities across the MENA region, with a focus on Iraq, the Levant, and North Africa.

Job Description

Support business development activities for CRO pharmaceutical services across assigned MENA markets.

Assist in managing relationships with existing clients and supporting new client acquisition

Help identify potential leads and follow up on sales opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams (commercial, technical, project management).

Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations.

Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.

Maintain accurate client data and sales tracking records (CRM or internal systems).

Travel within the region when required.
Job Requirements
Must to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Interest or basic exposure to the pharmaceutical or CRO industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn, develop sales skills, and grow in a regional role

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Nice To Have

Familiarity with GCC, Levant, or North African markets is an advantage
