About The Role
We are seeking a
Sales Account Manager with hands-on experience in software solution sales
, preferably with exposure to
Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM
or other business applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about consultative selling, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within the software industry.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product presentations, customer needs analysis, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.

Build strong and long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to prepare tailored demos and solutions proposals.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, licensing models, and value propositions to communicate effectively with clients.

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Prepare accurate sales pipeline forecasts, reports, and account plans.

Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and conferences as a representative of the company.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

2–3 years of proven experience in software solution sales (preferably ERP, CRM, or SaaS).

Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM, or business applications is a strong plus.

Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and ability to manage mid to large enterprise accounts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into business solutions.

Self-driven, target-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
