Responsible for actively acquiring new customers as well as managing and further developing existing customer relationships in Germany. The focus is on building sustainable partnerships with dealer groups, car dealerships, and workshops. The goal is to increase revenue through license and service business while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and business growth.
Job Description:
New Customer Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers among dealer groups, car dealerships, and workshop businesses
- Develop and implement strategies to tap into new market potential
- Direct sales to end customers
- Build a strong network and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Establish and maintain business relationships with relevant dealer associations
Account Management & Customer Growth
- Maintain and further develop existing customer relationships
- Ensure regular communication and provide personal consultation
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities through needs analysis
- Advise on existing and new software solutions
Sales Process & Coordination
- Actively support the entire sales process:
- Pre-sales, proposal preparation, RFIs/RFQs, presentations, price negotiations
- Manage the process through to order placement and invoicing
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Consulting, Support, and third-party providers
- Prepare forecasts and maintain the sales pipeline
System & Data Management
- Use and maintain relevant systems (Salesforce, CRM, customer portals)
- Support the Finance team with receivables management
