Join Talent 360 as a Sales Account Manager! We’re looking for someone passionate about sales, client relationships, and business growth to manage the full sales cycle and ensure high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation and prospecting new clients
Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential and existing clients
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
Close deals and manage the full sales cycle
Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly
Collect client feedback after onboarding and ensure service quality
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience
✅ 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
✅ Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related)
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✅ Target-driven with a client-focused mindset
✅ Comfortable with hybrid work 3 Days from office
✅ Experience in consulting industry
