Sales Account Manager (SaaS)

Role Overview:

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals and growing long-term customer relationships.

You will work closely with prospects, clients, and internal product teams to understand business needs and position Wittify’s solutions effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client accounts.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Understand customer challenges and align them with Wittify AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, AI, and technical teams.
  • Support onboarding and ensure successful client implementation.
  • Monitor market trends in AI and automation.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer needs and product improvements.
  • Track competitor activities and industry developments.


Requirments:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Business, Marketing, , or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales .
  • Proven experience in selling Software, SaaS, or AI is a must.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • CRM experience.
  • Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
