We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 2 years of experience in the shipping and logistics domain, with a strong ability to manage customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive sales growth. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the shipping and logistics sector.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored shipping solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify growth areas within the shipping and logistics domain.
  • Engage with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to discuss their shipping requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close deals successfully.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a sales role, specifically in the shipping and logistics domain.
  • Strong understanding of shipping procedures, freight, and logistics solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
