Head of Business Development
A leading SaaS and technology business is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead growth across Saudi government entities and financial institutions. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for owning the commercial strategy, expanding strategic accounts, and driving new revenue across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the business development and growth strategy for government and financial services clients

Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing strategic accounts across KSA

Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, senior government stakeholders, and regulators

Lead complex, end-to-end SaaS sales cycles, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract closure

Partner closely with Product, Delivery, and Leadership teams to ensure successful implementations and long-term client success

Represent the business at industry events, forums, and senior-level meetings
Key Requirements

Proven experience selling SaaS or enterprise technology solutions to government entities and financial institutions in Saudi Arabia

Strong, established network and relationships across ministries, regulators, banks, and financial institutions

Track record of closing large, complex, multi-year deals

Deep understanding of the Saudi procurement landscape and decision-making processes
