Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and customers
- Generate new sales opportunities and close deals
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer requirements
- Conduct regular client visits and maintain continuous follow-up with customers
- Promote company products, marketing campaigns, and seasonal offers
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and collections
- Follow up on customer payments, collections, and account status
- Prepare quotations, invoices, statements, and sales-related documentation
- Issue invoices and follow up on pending payments with clients
- Send and respond to customer emails regarding pricing, quotations, orders, products, and account-related inquiries
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor market activities and provide feedback and sales recommendations
- Support product promotions, visibility, and customer engagement activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Accounting / Business Development
- Experience in F&B industry is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and build client relationships
- Knowledge in invoicing, collections, and customer follow-up
- A valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory
- Having a personal car will be considered an advantage
