Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Coordination
- Generate and follow up on leads for corporate and social events
- Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations
- Prepare event proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Coordinate with the operations team to finalize event details
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth goals
- Administrative & Office Support
- Manage client databases, contracts, and event documentation
- Handle emails, calls, and client correspondence professionally
- Maintain event schedules, timelines, and internal calendars
- Assist with invoicing, payments follow-ups, and basic reporting
- Support procurement and vendor coordination documentation
- Ensure proper filing of event records, approvals, and agreements
Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, administration, or event coordination (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight event deadlines
