LOCATION: AL KHAWANEEJ, DUBAI

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide sales support.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
  • Coordinate orders, deliveries, and stock availability with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with customers' payments.
  • Maintain customer records, sales reports, and databases.
  • Follow up with customers and support business development activities.
  • Handle emails, calls, filing, and general administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate office supplies, documentation, and record management.
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • UAE experience is an advantage.
  • Preferred Arabic Speaker

Preferred for UAE Market

  • UAE experience in FMCG, food distribution, or e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
