Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and provide sales support.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and stock availability with internal teams.
- Coordinate with customers' payments.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and databases.
- Follow up with customers and support business development activities.
- Handle emails, calls, filing, and general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate office supplies, documentation, and record management.
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
- Preferred Arabic Speaker
Preferred for UAE Market
- UAE experience in FMCG, food distribution, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
