We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven, and customer-oriented Sales Admin Assistant to support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth functioning of daily operations by maintaining accurate documentation, providing administrative support, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role plays a vital part in enhancing overall sales efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales documentation, and contract files.
- Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and client follow-ups to ensure timely order completion.
- Track pending orders and provide regular status updates to both customers and the sales team.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and performance summaries for management.
- Handle filing, documentation, and correspondence related to all sales activities.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Monitor and maintain office and sales-related supplies to support daily operations.
- Provide general administrative and clerical assistance to the sales department as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
- Outstanding organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- A customer-focused, proactive, and professional attitude.
