We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Admin Assistant to support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations by managing documentation, providing administrative support, and delivering excellent customer service. This position directly contributes to improving sales efficiency and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and within required timelines.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales documents, and contract files.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams and follow up with clients to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track pending and ongoing orders and provide regular status updates to customers and the sales team.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance summaries for management review.
- Manage filing, documentation, and correspondence related to all sales activities.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team as required.
- Monitor and maintain office and sales-related supplies to support daily operations.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the sales department when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- A proactive, customer-oriented, and professional approach to work.
