Sales Admin Assistant / Receptionist

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a female Sales Admin Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales department with administrative tasks while managing front-office operations. She should be well-organized, customer-focused, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Front Office:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Sales Administration:

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and contracts.
  • Support the coordination of deliveries, logistics, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Track pending orders and ensure timely communication with customers.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies.
  • Provide general support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in sales coordination, administration, or reception.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a professional appearance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
