Sales Admin will support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of our real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, tracking sales progress, and ensuring documentation is accurate and timely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the CRM system and sales databases with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Prepare and process sales documentation including booking forms, contracts, and invoices.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, construction) to ensure timely delivery of required documents.
- Track sales progress and prepare daily/ weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
- Support sales bookings during events, such as open houses, exhibitions, and project launches.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients/ brokers at the sales office or showroom.
- Ensure all client communications and transactions are handled with confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirement:
- Min 3 years Experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused and a team player.
