Overview
This role is responsible for supporting the PBNA Retail team with all sales support activities, including (but not limited to) pricing updates, small account TPM setup & maintenance, customer Masterdata maintenance and customer portal update.
Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities

Building and maintaining TPM tactics for unplanned portfolio and settlements

Process Customer Master data and Pricing request, ensuring conformance to established data quality standards and service level agreements

Maintain customer contracts central repository, ensuring consistency between master documents and Pricing on system

Continuous improvement recommendations and implementation

Maintain SOP documentation for all activities
Qualifications
-
Degree qualified in Business / Commerce
-
Experience of 3-5 years for L4
-
Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience

Good Data and Analytical skills

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills

Proactive, responsive and results driven

High attention to detail
Essential

Fluent English with excellent interpersonal skills (& ARABIC for roles to be hired at Cairo)

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs
