Role Description


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales and office operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth business processes, efficient communication with international partners, and professional support for our growing team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, fluent in English, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, proposals, and reports.
  • Assist in managing the sales process from inquiry to order execution.
  • Handle logistics and international trading tasks such as shipping coordination, customs documents, and supplier communications.
  • Support office management tasks to maintain a productive working environment.
  • Prepare and coordinate company participation in trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate travels, accommodations, and business trips for staff and management.
  • Follow up with customers regarding payments and collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contracts.
  • Act as a professional point of contact between the company, suppliers, and customers.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of logistics, international trading documentation, or B2B sales is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Spanish or German is a strong plus.
