Sales Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our training and education operations. The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries, prepare proposals, coordinate course schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries (phone, email, in-person) and provide course information.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices.
  • Manage student registrations, enrollments, and course documentation.
  • Coordinate with trainers, students, and management on training schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, payments, and certifications.
  • Assist the sales team in follow-ups, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Support marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
  • Ensure timely preparation of sales and enrollment reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in sales administration, training coordination, or office administration.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written); Arabic is an advantage.
  • Experience in education, training, or professional development institutes is preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
