Exciting Opportunity: Join Ali & Sons Motors as a Sales Administrator – Skoda

Step into a rewarding role with Ali & Sons Motors – Skoda Division, where you’ll be an essential link between the Brand Manager, Sales Team, and Principal, ensuring seamless reporting, accurate communication, and smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately update the Skoda vehicle reporting system in line with Skoda Principal and Ali & Sons requirements.
• Place all Skoda orders, ensuring changes are updated in alignment with Skoda bulletins.
• Provide the Sales Team with up-to-date specification and pricing information.
• Check and confirm all Skoda invoices and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Process all internal sales invoices efficiently.
• Maintain the internal stock board and stock lists, ensuring complete accuracy.
• Oversee vehicle checking at the port and ensure timely transfer to the storage facility.
• Complete weekly Skoda Principal reports, including accurate customer data for the CSS program.
• Prepare and submit monthly support claims to Skoda Principal.
• Manage all external reports, processes, and filing (including extended warranties).
• Support the Brand Manager with additional tasks as required.

Role Purpose

To ensure timely, precise reporting to the Skoda Principal and to support the Sales Team with essential updates on vehicle specifications, pricing, and stock information—enabling efficient operations and excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
Experience: A solid understanding of business processes, ideally gained in a similar administrative or sales support role.
Languages: Fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
Software Skills: Computer literate with strong reporting and data management capabilities.
