Sales Administrator

ELE Interiors is a friendly, boutique Interior Design companycommitted to delivering outstanding design solutions globally. We're lookingfor a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our team and support clientrelationships, this role calls for someone assertive and presentable both onthe phone and in-person to deal with HNW clients. Highly organised, confidentto work independently and has a good understanding of reporting, documentorganisation & CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ClientCommunication: Respond promptly and professionally to clientinquiries via phone, social media platforms, email, and text.
  • CRMManagement: Keep client data and sales activities up-to-date inthe CRM.
  • SalesSupport: Create & amend proposals depending on projectrequirements, and ensure all documents are processed and signed in atimely manner.Assist with otheradministration tasks as necessary.
  • DocumentOrganisation: Save & organise client documents in sharedfolders, coordinating with the admin team to keep files current.
  • Collaborationwith Marketing: Work with Marketing to track lead sources and assessthe effectiveness of campaigns. Create company profiles & portfoliosfor sales pitches. Occasionally assist with Marketing Administration work
  • Reporting& Coordination: Attend daily sales meetings, assist withprogress reports, and update the team on client activities.
Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience insales administration, preferably in interior design or a related creative/constructionfield.
  • Strongwritten and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellentorganisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiencywith CRM tools and general sales processes.
  • Ability tomanage multiple tasks and respond promptly to client needs.
