The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing internal sales processes, ensuring smooth order handling, and maintaining strong coordination between departments. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Intercultural competence and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track internal sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Issue invoices and follow up on payments with customers to ensure timely collections
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams, including Finance, Logistics, and Production, to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain, update, and monitor records and documentation for key customer accounts
- Prepare, review, and coordinate tender documentation in compliance with company and client requirements
