Position Overview
We are looking for a highly dynamic, fast, organized, punctual, and reliable Sales Administrator who will act as the right hand to the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate must be able to handle quotations, CRM systems, client communication, costing, logistics coordination, and support overall sales operations within heavy machinery, crushers, mining, construction, or related industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Coordination
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations with full cost breakdowns.
- Maintain and update CRM with all client interactions and sales activities.
- Manage email communication, respond quickly to inquiries, and follow up professionally with clients.
- Contact clients for clarifications, requirements, and documentation.
Pricing, Costing & Shipping Coordination
- Prepare cost calculations for machines, parts, consumables, and services.
- Obtain and negotiate shipping rates from freight forwarders and shipping lines.
- Coordinate loading schedules, shipping arrangements, and all related logistics.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Accounts to prepare Proforma Invoices and support payment follow-ups.
- Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day tasks, reporting, and pipeline updates.
- Maintain proper documentation, organized filing, and updated trackers at all times.
Marketing Support
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, emailers, and client outreach using CRM tools.
- Assist in preparing promotional materials, presentations, and market-related content.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 6 years UAE experience in mining, construction, quarrying, heavy machinery, or contracting (mandatory).
- Strong background in administration and basic accounting.
- Extremely fast, efficient, and highly organized in daily work.
- Proficient in CRM systems, MS Excel, MS Word, and professional email communication.
- Experience in logistics coordination, shipping processes, and freight communication.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Detail-oriented, punctual, reliable, and capable of managing pressure.
- Dynamic worker with a proactive mindset and strong responsibility.

- Fast, structured, and very organized.
- Acts as a strong support pillar to the Sales Manager.
