Job Description
Rolla Academy is looking for a confident and professional Sales & Admissions Consultant.
This role is for someone who can speak clearly, understand customer needs, explain our courses properly, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into paid admissions or clients.
This is not a receptionist role.
The main goal is to convert inquiries into customers.
You will handle inquiries from:
- Students
- Parents
- Working professionals
- Corporate clients
- HR managers
- Business owners
- Companies looking for staff training
You may also support future inquiries for our AI automation services by qualifying interested business leads and booking consultation calls.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, website inquiries, social media leads, and walk-ins
- Speak to students, parents, and working professionals about our courses
- Explain course details, fees, timings, and benefits clearly
- Convert course inquiries into paid admissions
- Follow up with leads until they join or give a clear answer
- Handle corporate training inquiries from companies
- Speak professionally with HR managers, admin teams, and business owners
- Understand company training needs and collect basic details
- Help prepare and send training proposals
- Book demo classes, counseling sessions, corporate training discussions, and consultation calls
- Maintain daily lead records in Excel or Google Sheets
- Follow up with old leads and try to reactivate them
- Handle leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and website forms
- Give feedback about lead quality, common questions, and customer objections
- Support future AI automation service inquiries by qualifying leads and booking serious consultation calls
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English
- Good Hindi, Urdu, Arabic communication is preferred
- Confident phone and WhatsApp communication
- Good email writing skills
- Experience in sales, admissions, course counseling, customer service, corporate sales, or business development
- Ability to explain courses and training programs clearly
- Ability to speak professionally with corporate clients
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Basic computer skills, including Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp Web
- Comfortable working with targets and incentives
- UAE experience preferred
- Training institute or education industry experience is an advantage
- Basic digital marketing knowledge is a plus, especially understanding leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and website forms
