Sales Advisor

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Sales Advisor to lead and manage immigration consultations, oversee complex cases, and guide clients through the end-to-end immigration process. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of immigration policies for countries such as Canada, Australia, and USA, and be confident in handling client assessments, documentation, and application strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Assess clients’ profiles and recommend the most suitable immigration programs aligned with their goals.

Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients, explain consultation value, and schedule introductory meetings.

Appointment Scheduling: Arrange consultation sessions and ensure timely attendance and follow-through.

Deal Closure: Effectively communicate program benefits to convert leads into enrolled clients.

Lead Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with prospects to nurture interest and drive engagement.

Client Communication: Handle client inquiries via calls, emails, and meetings while providing timely updates.

CRM Management: Accurately document all client interactions and updates in the CRM system.

Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients throughout their immigration journey.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and client enrollment targets.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on immigration laws, program changes, and market trends to offer informed guidance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in BBA, International Relations, or a related field).
  • Age should be between 28 to 33
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in immigration consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration policies (Canada, Australia, USA, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience with CRM or immigration case management systems is a plus.
  • Immigration industry experience preferred, but candidates with a strong sales track record of 2 years will also be considered.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
