Field Sales Executive – Logistics Industry

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain services.
  • Conduct client visits to present services, negotiate rates, and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of field sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, transportation, and customs procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
