As a Sales Advisor at Atelier Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for providing expert insurance advice, building strong customer relationships, and supporting customers in selecting the right insurance solutions. You will represent Instant Beema’s customer-centric and digital-first approach in the market, helping clients secure reliable insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and guide customers on insurance products (Health, Motor, Life, Travel, SME).
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Present product solutions tailored to individual customer requirements.
  • Educate customers about policy features, benefits, and claim processes.
  • Ensure timely policy issuance and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, insurance regulations, and competitor offerings.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a strong customer service approach.
  • Digital fluency (Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM tools, and basic tech tools).
  • Own 2-wheeler (essential for field sales role).
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and willing to work in a performance-based environment.
