Role Overview
To promote and sell all Madi International retail brands inside partner salons, ensuring excellent customer service, strong product knowledge, and support to salon staff in achieving their retail sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell all Madi International retail brands to salon clients.
- Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and usage to clients.
- Support salon staff in retail product sales through guidance, motivation, and product training.
- Maintain proper display and stock arrangement of Madi brands inside the salon.
- Ensure strong product visibility and brand representation according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the sales team for replenishment.
- Report daily sales, customer feedback, and market trends to the supervisor.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with salon teams and clients.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and salon events when required.
Additional Notes (Optional)
- Fluency in Arabic; basic English is an advantage.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty or luxury segments, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, reliable, and a strong team player.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
