Job Title: Sales Advisor – NextGen Charge

Location: G9/4 Islamabad.
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

NextGen Charge is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Advisors to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, promoting our products and services, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in handling customer inquiries, and the ability to close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective customers through calls, Whatsapp, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally.
  • Convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections and resolve inquiries professionally.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Work closely with team leaders and management to improve sales performance.
  • Stay updated on company products, promotions, and industry trends. (NextInHR)

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a sales-related role in a UK campaign is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good computer skills and CRM knowledge.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in UK, US, or international sales campaigns.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy, EV charging, or technology-related products is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
