Job Title: Sales Advisor

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisors to drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer experience, and support store operations within a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required
• Native Arabic speaker with good English communication and comprehension skills
• 3–4 years of frontline retail sales experience in Qatar
• Strong sales background with a proven track record of achieving individual and store sales targets
• Experience in telecom sales or mobile device sales is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong understanding of customer engagement, sales strategies, and retail sales processes
• Candidates with direct retail, field sales, or customer-facing sales experience will be preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Proven ability to promote, upsell, and close retail sales
• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong product knowledge (mobile devices, accessories, telecom services preferred)
• Professional, confident, and customer-oriented personality

Availability & Eligibility:

• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Valid QID with a minimum of 3 months validity is required
• Flexibility to work in retail shifts
