Indoor Sales Advisors (BCCW – Blinds, Curtains, Carpet & Wallpaper)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting suitable blinds, curtains, carpets, wallpapers, and other home décor products based on their requirements and preferences.
- Provide product information, design suggestions, and customized solutions to retail and residential customers.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting showroom products and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate order processing with customers.
- Maintain strong knowledge of current interior décor trends, materials, colors, and product specifications.
- Coordinate with the installation and operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support when required.
- Ensure proper showroom display, merchandising, and cleanliness at all times.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with walk-in customers, interior designers, and home décor clients.
- Assist in promoting seasonal offers, new product launches, and showroom marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily sales reports.
- Candidates with retail home décor experience and strong customer service skills will be preferred.
Pay: From AED3,300.00 per month
