We are a growing North American home renovation company specializing in kitchen remodeling and countertop installation. Our customers contact us daily to ask about materials, pricing, timelines, and project planning.
Our Lahore office supports customer communication and project coordination with clients across North America.
We are currently looking for a clear communicator who can speak confidently with customers, explain our services, and help guide them toward starting their renovation project.
This role focuses on trust, clarity, and customer guidance rather than aggressive sales.
Work Schedule:
- Location: On-site at our Lahore BPO office
- Shift: Night shift aligned with North American Eastern Time
- 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
- During daylight saving: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM(Pakistan Time)
- Schedule: 6 days per week
- Total Shift Length: Approximately 10 hours per shift
Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and interacting with North American customers.
Role Overview
- You will be one of the first points of contact for customers who inquire about kitchen renovation and countertop projects.
- Your job is to listen to their needs, explain our services clearly, and guide them toward the next step, such as a quotation, consultation, or project deposit.
- You will interact with customers through phone calls, messaging, and online inquiries.
- Training will be provided to help you understand our products, materials, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries
- Communicate professionally with North American clients
- Understand customer needs and renovation plans
- Explain product options, materials, and installation process
- Guide customers through the next steps in their project
- Follow up with interested leads and potential clients
- Maintain organized records of customer conversations
- Coordinate internally with design and project teams when required
- Help move projects forward toward quotation and deposit

Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Sales or customer service
- Call center or BPO environment
- Home renovation or remodeling industry
- Interior design or architecture
- Furniture, cabinetry, tiles, or construction materials
