Sales Advisor – Real Estate Investments

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of commercial real estate units through proactive lead generation and client engagement
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of proven experience in real estate sales (commercial experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in sales approach
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: Rs. 60,000 – 75,000/month (based on experience & performance)
