Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll be instrumental in generating leads, conducting property viewings, and closing deals. You'll build and maintain strong client relationships, provide exceptional service, and stay current on market trends to help our clients make informed decisions. This role also involves collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect for and generate new sales leads.

• Conduct property viewings and client presentations.

• Negotiate and close real estate deals.

• Manage client relationships, providing expert guidance and customer service.

• Stay informed about Northern Emirates real estate market trends and property values.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Qualifications

• A valid UAE driver's license is a must.

• A valid Visa Residency ( is preferred )

• Proven sales experience, with a preference for real estate.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in the real estate industry is a significant plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
