About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team at WoW Health and play a key role in expanding our reach. The heart of this role is booking qualified appointments with business decision-makers and helping move those conversations toward closed deals.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about sales, confident in outreach, and eager to grow their career in B2B selling. While healthcare experience is a plus, it’s not required. We will train the right candidate who brings persistence, energy, and a serious commitment to success.

You’ll work directly with the Sales Lead to generate leads, execute outreach campaigns, schedule qualified meetings, conduct discovery conversations, handle objections, and support in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify and qualify high-quality business prospects.
  • Plan and execute outreach strategies (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other channels).
  • Book qualified appointments with corporate decision-makers and ensure meetings are well-prepared.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs, challenges, and fit.
  • Deliver clear, engaging product presentations and demos.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across industries.
  • Handle objections professionally, negotiate terms, and support closing sales.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Lead to refine outreach and improve conversion rates.
  • Represent WoW Health with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • 2+ years of proven sales or appointment-setting experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Track record of successfully booking qualified appointments and driving deals forward.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Persistence, resilience, and motivation to consistently hit targets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, email platforms, and video conferencing software.
  • A serious, career-focused mindset with a long-term vision in sales.
