A Leasing and Sales Agent is responsible for leasing residential or commercial properties and assisting in property sales. They serve as the main point of contact for prospective tenants and buyers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the leasing or sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist prospective tenants and buyers
  • Conduct property tours and highlight key features
  • Market available properties through online platforms and signage
  • Screen applicants and process lease paperwork
  • Negotiate lease terms and close sales deals
  • Maintain relationships with tenants and clients
  • Ensure properties are clean and ready for showings

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Familiarity with property management software
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Real estate license preferred

Driver's License and Car are must

Work Environment

  • Office-based with frequent travel to properties
