Key Responsibilities
● Actively promote and individually sell units at Residence 41 to qualified buyers and investors.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales targets assigned by the Line Manager or Team Lead.
● Build and maintain a strong client network through proactive outreach, referrals, and follow-ups.
● Conduct personalized property tours, meetings, and presentations to effectively communicate the project’s unique value.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales management teams to convert leads into closed deals.
● Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing trends, and buyer insights to strategically position Residence 41 in the market.
● Prepare and submit accurate sales activity reports and pipeline updates on a regular basis.
Requirements
● Minimum 3 years of proven experience in selling high-rise, luxury, or mixed-use real estate projects in Lahore.
● Deep understanding of Lahore’s high-rise real estate market, including buyer psychology, pricing trends, and investment potential.
● Strong local network within the real estate community and among high-net-worth clients. ● Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills with a consultative selling approach.
● Professional demeanor, self-motivated attitude, and ability to work independently toward assigned targets.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
