Sales Agent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to clients in a persuasive manner.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely response to customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Provide accurate information regarding pricing, promotions, and product features.
• Prepare sales reports and share insights with the sales manager.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in (Packaging Industry).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
