SALES AGENT IN REAL ESTATE

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Real Estate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, site visits, and networking
• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close sales successfully
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
• Prepare sales documentation, contracts, and transaction records
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and admin teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
