Sales Agent

Job Overview

We are Omega Protection Security Services LLC hiring an experienced Sales Agent with a background in security services to drive business growth across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a security services company as Sales and a solid understanding of the local market, including client acquisition and tender processes.

This role is suited for a proactive sales professional with an existing network in sectors such as real estate, construction, hospitality, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for security services across the UAE
• Promote and sell services including:
• Manned guarding (static & mobile)
• General Security services in Manpower Supply
• Event security
• VIP protection
• Build and maintain strong client relationships (B2B focus)
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Participate in tenders and RFP submissions
• Conduct site visits and assess client security requirements
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in a security services company (UAE)
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
• Existing client network in UAE is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of security industry standards and regulations (e.g., SIRA) preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
