Job Description

Bilal Arsalan & Co. – Chartered Accountants is looking for a driven Sales Agent to join our team. This is a target-driven sales role suited for candidates with strong English communication skills and a background in telesales.

As a Sales Agent, you will handle outbound calls to prospective clients and convert incoming inquiries into long-term clients of our accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and audit services.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Handle and convert incoming client inquiries
• Clearly communicate our service offerings (accounting, bookkeeping, tax, audit)
• Qualify leads, handle objections, and close sales
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Candidates with O/A Level background preferred
• Minimum 2 years of telesales/call center experience (international campaign experience preferred)
• Fluent, confident spoken English
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Comfortable working night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
• Prior experience in accounting/tax/financial services sales is a strong plus
